1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, gems777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round. gems777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the Platform, including but not limited to: the use of automated software, bots, or scripts; collusion with other players; exploitation of software bugs or errors; or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Intellectual Property

7.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gems777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. 9. Termination

gems777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or at gems777's sole discretion. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
